At Seraphic Noir, we value your time and ask that you respect ours. Cancellations must be made at least **12 hours in advance** of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment or do not show up, **50% of the total service fee** will be charged to the card on file or invoiced accordingly. This policy allows us to honor the time and preparation dedicated to your service and gives us an opportunity to offer the appointment to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.
